Explained surgery prior and after surgery as well as necessary care.
I have private health cover but chose to go nhs as I have had the same op before privately and didn't deem it urgent. The treatment from all the team was on a par with the treatment I have received when undergoing private treatment.

Felt confident with Mr Khan and his staff, was seen on time and in a friendly fashion.
Do feel that the instructions I received on how to get to Mr Khan, it was a Saturday afternoon, were confusing.

Dr Khan was calm considerate and caring , he really put my mother at ease about her condition while also listening to her talk about other things. He realy showed that he cares which you dont get from a lot of doctors these days.
